摘要 以采用荷兰Shell气化技术的某高硫煤清洁利用示范项目为例,论述了标高41.93 m楼层支承Shell气化炉的3.0 m厚混凝土板的设计与施工。分析了气化炉荷载的构成,利用有限元软件MIDAS/Gen对3.0 m厚楼板进行了计算,阐述了厚板配筋构造要点、厚板模板支架的设计及厚板施工具体技术要求。并结合现场实际施工反馈的情况,指出了今后类似工程在设计与施工中应注意的问题。 Taking for example the high sulfur coal clean utilization demonstra- tion project with adoption of Dutch Shell gasification patent technology, the design and construction of thick concrete slab ( thickness is 3.0 m) for supporting Shell gasifier on floor with elevation of 41.93 m were described. The composition of the gasifier load was analyzed, the 3.0 m thick slab was calculated by using the finite element software MIDAS/Gen,the key points for its reinforcement placement and the formwork design and specific technical requirements for construction of this thick slab were also introduced. In combination with the feedback of actual site construction, the problems to be noticed in design and construction of future similar projects were pointed out.
