摘要
对项目风险管理进行了解析,根据目前总包项目设备采购管理的特点,对设备采购全过程的风险识别和处置,通过烧结总承包工程设备采购项目案例进行了分析,强调设备采购风险管理的实施应当遵循预防为主,事先控制的管理理念。
The project risk management was analyzed, and based on the characteristics of present equipment procurement management of EPC projects, the risk identification and treatment for the whole process of equipment procurement were con- ducted. Analysis and discussion were given through cases of equipment procurement of sintering EPC projects, and it was emphasized that the management concept of major prevention and control in advance should be adhered to during implementation of equipment procurement risk management.
