摘要 研究以四川省绵广高速公路路基路面病害压力注浆处治为依托工程,采用室内离心模型试验,对高速公路斜坡路基压力注浆处治的关键性设计参数及其施工工艺进行系统的试验研究。研究结果表明,斜坡路基的压力注浆处治宜分两次或多次进行灌注,注浆压力宜控制在第一次灌注压力为0.2 MPa,第二次灌注压力为0.4 MPa^0.5 MPa,灌浆间距宜控制在2 m以内,应合理配置注浆浆液的配合比。并结合现场工程注浆试验测试结果进行对比分析,结果表明,采用本文提出的关键性注浆控制指标能获得较为理想的注浆效果。 The construction technology of the pressure grouting solution for the sloped embankment was studied in this paper by using the centrifugal model test. One case study had been done here for the typical test section of Mianguang Highway in Sichuan Province. The critical design parameters had been discussed for the pressure grouting according to the test results. And also the design parameters had been presented for the same project applications. The test results show that it was suitable to grout for two times, and the grouting pressure should be controlled at about 0. 2MPa for the first time and 0.4MPa to 0.5 MPa for the second time, the grouting distance should be controlled within 2m, and the mix proportion should be reasonable. Finally the research results were verified by comparing them with those from the field pressure grouting, the results show that the effect of the pressure grouting in the project was perfect by using the design parameters proposed in this paper.
