Notch信号通路在肺组织的传导及哮喘中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 Notch是一种保守进化的,在胚胎和成熟组织中对细胞命运有决定性影响的信号通路。 肺组织被认为是包含Notch配体和mRNA受体最丰富的组织,Notch信号通路在精细地调控细胞间信息的传达中起到非常理想化的作用。支气管哮喘是一种多种细胞参与的慢性气道炎症反应,包括肥大细胞,嗜酸性粒细胞和T淋巴细胞等。
