摘要
采用淀粉作为黏结剂,将低变质粉煤冷压成型、干馏制备出型焦,通过测定型煤与型焦的抗压强度、落下强度和浸水强度,采用扫描电镜分析型煤与型焦的微观结构,研究原淀粉、糊化淀粉和碱化淀粉对型煤与型焦强度的影响.结果表明,糊化淀粉的黏结作用最好,型煤的抗压强度最大,为3 930N/ball;碱化淀粉作黏结剂制备的型焦抗压强度与落下强度较好,其数值分别为2 410N/ball和49%.
The coke was prepared by cold pressing and dry distillation with the low rank pulverized coal powder as material , and the starch as the binder. The compressive strength,drop strength and strength after soaking compressive of coke and briquette were measured. The scanning electron microseopy(SEM) was adopted to analyze the type of briquette and coke microstructure. The impacts of the types of starch, gelatinized starch, starch alkalizing on the strength of coke and briquette were analyzed. The results showed that the compressive strength of briquette (3 930 N/ball) was maximum with gelatinized starch as the binder. The high compressive strength (2,110 N/ball) and drop strength (49%) of coke were obtained with alkaline starch as the binder.
