局部注射联合按压分推手法治疗腕背腱鞘囊肿的临床研究

Clinical studies of local injection combined with presses and push manipulation therapy for dorsal carpal ganglion cyst

目的探讨局部注射与按压分推手法在腕背腱鞘囊肿治疗中的联合应用意义。方法选取2013年1~12月期间我院所收治的腕背腱鞘囊肿患者90例,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用局部注射疗法进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用按压分推手法联合治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗情况进行比较。结果研究组临床治愈率和总有效率分别为62.22%（28/45）和95.56%（43/45）,均显著高于对照组的40.00%（18/45）和71.11%（32/45）,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组治疗后的囊肿平均直径为（0.24±0.03）cm,均明显小于对照组患者的（0.68±0.05）cm,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论局部注射液联合按压分推手法对改善腕背腱鞘囊肿的临床症状、提高腕背腱鞘囊肿的临床疗效均呈现出积极的促进作用。

Objective To probe into applications value of local injection combined with presses and push manipulation therapy for dorsal carpal ganglion cyst. Methods From January to December 2013, 90 dorsal carpal ganglion cyst pa- tients were selected in our hospital. The patients were divided into study group and the control group randomly. The patients in control group were treated with local injection therapy while the patients in study group were treated with local injection therapy combined with presses and push manipulation therapy. The clinical treatment effects of the pa- tients in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The ratios of cure and total effective of the patients in study group was 62.22% （28/45） and 95.56% （43/45）. The ratios of cure and total effective of the patients in control group was 40.00% （18/45） and 71.11% （43/45）. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The average diameter of the cyst of patients in study group after treatment was （0.24＋0.03） cm. The average diameter of the cyst of patients in con- trol group after treatment was （0.68＋0.05） cm. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Local injection combined with presses and push manipulation therapy has a positive role in promoting improve clinical symp- toms and the clinical efficacy of dorsal wrist ganglion cyst.
