护士分层级培训在呼吸科病房实施的效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨护士分层级培训在呼吸科病房实施的效果。方法选取2013年1~12月与2014年1~12月在我科工作的护士为研究对象,于2014年1月实施分层级培训管理,对护士进行层级确立,制定培训计划,根据护士不同层级实施培训并进行考评。结果实施分层级培训后护士的理论成绩和技术操作成绩较前均有明显进步(P〈0.05),护士长及医生对护士的评分也显著提高(P〈0.05),护士对分层级培训满意度及自我评价满意度均有增加(P〈0.05)。结论呼吸科病房对护士实施分层级培训管理,提高了护士的专科知识、技术水平及工作能力,取得了满意的效果。 Objective To explore the effect to hierarchical training of nurses in the department of respiration ward. Methods A total of 25 nurses were chosen in department of respiration ward from January to December in 2013 and January to December in 2014. The hierarchical training began from January 2014, and the assessments in different levels were used. Results Theory achievement and technical operation were significantly different than those before after hierarchical training (P〈0.05). The scores from doctor and of nurse' leader were significantly improved (P〈0.05), also, the satisfaction from patients and themselves was significantly improved (P〈0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical training of nurses in department of respiration ward is successful to improve nurse' comprehensive quality, business knowledze and the work abilitv, with satisfied effect.
