喉镜联合鼻内窥镜及单纯支撑喉镜治疗声带息肉的临床疗效对比

Clinical effects of laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscope and pure self-retaining laryngoscope for patients with vocal cord polyps

目的探讨喉镜联合鼻内窥镜与单纯支撑喉镜手术治疗声带息肉的疗效。方法选择在我院治疗的声带息肉患者300例,依据不同的实施方案分为单纯支撑喉镜150例(对照组),喉镜联合鼻内窥镜150例(实验组),对比分析两组的疗效及并发症情况。结果实验组的总有效率为97.33%,广基息肉的有效率为97.62%,均显著高于对照组的85.33%,80.46%;实验组的并发症发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的10.67%;且实验组的手术时间与住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。而对带蒂息肉的治疗,两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喉镜联合鼻内窥镜治疗声带息肉具有操作简便,视野清晰,病变组织清除彻底,精确度高,并发率低且安全有效等特点,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of surgical procedures of laryngoscope combined with nasal endo-scope and pure self-retaining laryngoscope for patients with vocal cord polyps. Methods 300 patients with vocal cord polyps who were treated in our hospital were divided into 150 patients of pure self-retaining laryngoscope （control group）and 150 patients of laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscope（experiment group）according to different sur-gical procedures. Curative effects and complications between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results To-tal effective rate in the experiment group was 97.33%, and the effective rate of sessile polyps was 97.62%, both sig-nificantly higher than those of 85.33% and 80.46% in the control group respectively;Total incidence of complications in the experiment group was 4.00%, significantly lower than that of 10.67% in the control group; Surgical time and hospitalization time in the experiment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）. Curative effects of the treatment of pedicle polyps in the two groups were not significantly different, and the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyps has effects of easy operation, clear view, com-plete clearance of lesions,high accuracy and low incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
