摘要
目的探讨激光光凝治疗缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效。方法选择经福州福瑞达FVC-50i眼底荧光血管造影机检查确诊的52例(52眼)缺血型视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者;实验组26例(26眼)应用日本Topcon SL-3E激光机进行光凝治疗;另外对照组26例(26眼)使用药物治疗。结果实验组总有效率为80.77%;对照组总有效率为65.38%。实验组和对照组治疗后总有效率改善差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视网膜激光光凝治疗能减少缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞引起的新生血管,并能促使黄斑水肿消退,从而不同程度地改善视功能。
Objective To discuss the curative effects of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of ischemic retinal vein obstruction. Methods A total of 52 cases (52 eyes) of patients with ischemic retinal branch vein obstruction were diag-nosed by fluorescein eyeground angiography machine of Fuzhou Freda FVC-50i. 26 cases (26 eyes) in the experiment group were given the treatment of photocoagulation by Japan TopconSL-3E laser machine;another 26 cases(26 eyes) in the control group were given medical treatment. Results In the experiment group, the total effective rate was 80.77%;in the control group, the total effective rate was 65.38%. The difference of improvement of total effective rate after the treatment between the experiment group and the control group was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Laser photocoagulation of retina is able to reduce new vessels induced by ischemic retinal vein obstruction and promote abat-ing of macular oedema, so as to improve the visual function at different degrees.
