呼吸内科中重症患者应用整体优质护理的效果分析

The effect analysis of the overall nursing in critically ill patients in respiratory medicine

目的分析整体优质护理在呼吸内科重症患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院呼吸内科在2013年8月至2014年12月收治的132例作为分析对象,分为观察组、对照组,每组66例,为对照组提供常规护理,为观察组提供整体优质护理。结果观察组的治愈率高于对照组,死亡率低于对照组,两组的治愈率与死亡率存在显著性差异;观察组的满意率为98.48%,对照组为89.39%,观察组的满意率高于对照组。结论将整体优质护理模式应用于重症患者的临床护理中,可以有效改善护理效果,应推广使用。

Objective To analyze the overall quality of care applications results in respiratory medicine in critically ill patients. Methods Selected 132 cases respiratory medicine treated in our hospital from August 2013 to December 2014 as object,divided into two groups,control group 66 cases,provide routine care for the control group,the overall qual-ity of care provided for the observation group. Results The cure rate was higher in the observation group,the mortality rate was lower than in the control group; observation group was 98.48% satisfied,the control group was 89.39% ,satis-faction rate of observation group was higher than the control group. Conclusion The overall quality of care model is ap-plied to the clinical care of patients with severe,can effectively improve the effectiveness of care,should be widely used.
