在新形势下，面对日新月异的社会发展，社会对于高等教育人才的需求变得多元化与深刻化，对于人才的素质要求也越来越高。作为培养高等人才的大学，要努力适应社会发展的步伐，进行针对性的改进，进而才能取得教育的突破。本文对大学生思想政治教育工作进行了分析与归纳，并针对出现的问题提出了应对措施。

In the situation of rapid social development, social demand for higher education has be- come diversified, and the requirements for the quality of talent are also increasing. As a university of training higher personnel, we must adapt to the social development, and make targeted improvements to achieve a breakthrough education. In this article, the ideological and political education work was ana-lyzed and summarized ;the countermeasures were put forward.
