贵州职业教育校企合作长效机制探析

Analysis on School -Enterprise Cooperation System for Vocational Education in Gnizhou

校企合作是职业院校谋求自身发展、实现与市场接轨、有针对性地为企业培养一线实用型技术人才的重要举措。本文基于贵州职业教育学校与企业合作现状存在的统筹协调不足、制度有待完善、校企文化融合等问题的分析，提出了贵州职业教育建立校企合作可持续发展长效机制的对策。

School - enterprise cooperation is important initiatives for vocational schools to pursue their own development, achieve cooperation with the market, and to train front - line practical and tech- nical personnel for enterprises. Based on the analyses of school - enterprise cooperation situation in Guizhou vocational education, the system which needs to improve, and cultural integration of school - en- terprise cooperation, the long - term of school -enterprise for Guizhou vocational educa-tion were proposed.
