摘要
提出了一种基于动态存储和模拟运算的神经突触电路。其中 ,动态存储单元的保持时间可以达到 1 0 2 ms量级。模拟运算单元的电路简单、精度高、速度快。由动态存储单元和模拟运算单元组成的突触电路能够满足实现大规模神经网络的需要。
