人性化护理对ICU清醒患者身体约束使用的影响评价

Effect Evaluation of Humanistic Nursing Care in Conscious Patients with Physical Restraint in ICU

目的:探讨人性化护理对ICU清醒患者身体约束使用的影响及效果。方法:将90例ICU意识清醒同时使用身体约束的患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各45例。对照组采用一般的常规护理,试验组则按常规护理外,还给予多项人性化护理。观察并比较两组的身体约束率的变化、护理满意度和发生的不良后果。结果:试验组的约束率、护理满意度和不良后果等临床指标均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理能减少ICU清醒患者身体约束的使用,降低护理不良后果的发生,提高护理的满意度。

Objective：To study the effect of humanistic nursing care in conscious patients with physical restraint in ICU.Method：90 conscious patients with physical restraint in ICU were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group,45 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing care, while the experimental group was given humanistic nursing care besides the same basis.The changes of physical restraint rate, extent of satisfaction of nursing and the occurrence of adverse results were observed and compared between two groups. Result：The physical restraint rate, extent of satisfaction of nursing and adverse results in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Humanistic nursing care is helpful to decreasing physical restraint for conscious patients in ICU, thus reducing the occurrence of nursing adverse results and improving the satisfaction of nursing.
