优质护理概念在白血病护理中的应用效果

Effect of High-quality Nursing's Application in Leukemia Nursing

目的:探讨白血病护理中优质护理服务概念的应用效果。方法:本次选取100例白血病患者作研究对象,均为本院2013年5月-2014年5月收治,随机数字表法分为两组,每组各50例患者。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行优质护理服务,对两组的干预效果进行比较。结果:相较对照组,观察组患者满意度、护理质量评分呈较高水平,并发症发生率居较低水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强白血病患者优质护理服务概念的应用,可提高护理质量及患者满意度,确保临床安全,对保障预后和远期生存质量有非常重要的意义。

Objective：To investigate the application effect of high-quality nursing in leukemia nursing. Method：100 cases of leukemia patients were selected in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014.100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group, the control group was treated routine nursing intervention and the observer group was treated high-quality nursing intervention,then the effect of two groups were compared. Result：Compared the control group, the observer group patients’ satisfaction and quality of care score were higher , the complication rate was lower,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Strengthing the application of high-quality nursing concept in leukemia nursing, can improve patient satisfaction, ensure clinical safety, and it has significance to safeguard the long-term prognosis and quality of life.
