联合用药治疗外感高热临床效果观察

Combination Therapy Clinical Effect Observation of Exogenous High Fever

目的:观察联合用药治疗外感高热的疗效。方法:治疗组42例给予联合用药治疗,对照组40例给予单纯治疗,两组均7天为一疗程,用药2个疗程后判定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为80.95%,明显高于对照组50.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合用药治疗外感高热的疗效肯定,可有效缩短病程,安全可靠。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of combination treatment of high fever.Method： 42 cases in the treatment group were given combination drug therapy, control group was treated with simple treatment, the two groups were 7 days to 1 course of treatment, to judge the curative effect of treatment after 2 courses.Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.95%, which was significantly higher than 50.0% of the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of combined therapy in the treatment of exogenous high fever certainly, can effectively shorten the course of disease, safe and reliable.
