男性膀胱癌根治术后尿道癌的诊治

摘要 目的探讨膀胱癌根治术后尿道癌的发生及诊断、治疗。方法回顾性分析96例行保留尿道的全膀胱切除术患者的临床资料及术后随访情况。结果 1例随访期间出现尿道血性分泌物,行尿道分泌物涂片、尿道镜检查及盆腔CT诊断为尿道癌,予尿道全切术,术后12个月出现转移。膀胱癌根治术后尿道癌的发生率1.04%。结论膀胱癌术后尿道癌发生率不高,术后密切随访可早期发现尿道癌,尿道细胞学及尿道镜组织病理检查可确诊;尿道全切术是主要手术处理手段。
