我国居民的社会性别意识及其影响因素研究——基于2010年CGSS的证据

The Research of Gender Awareness and Influencing Factors of Chinese Residents——Based on the Evidence of 2010 CGSS

提高社会成员的性别平等意识对改善两性关系,对推动两性平等具有重要作用。在分析性别意识的概念及其影响机制的基础上,构建社会性别影响因素的理论模型。从个人特征、家庭情况、职业情况和社会参与等方面分别探讨对社会性别意识的影响,利用2010年CGSS(全国综合社会调查)的数据对模型进行检验。研究结果表明,性别、年龄、生活幸福感、工作单位类型、职业收入和是否工会成员等对我国居民的社会性别意识有显著影响。

Improving awareness of gender equality plays an important role in promoting gender relations and gender equality. This paper analyzes the concept and its impact on gender awareness mechanism to build a theoretical model of gender factors. This paper explores the impact on gender awareness from individual features, family situation, occupational conditions and social participation respectively. 2010 CGSS （Chinese General Social Survey） data are used for model testing. The results show that gen-der, age, life happiness, work unit type, employment income and union member status have a significant impact on the gender awareness of residents.
