复方聚乙二醇电解质散与甘露醇在结肠镜检查准备中的应用效果对比 被引量:8

摘要 目的:比较复方聚乙二醇电解质散与甘露醇在结肠镜检查准备中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月-2014年1月本院收治的100例结肠镜检查患者,根据准备方案不同进行分组,对照组50例患者在检查前给予20%甘露醇口服,观察组50例患者则在检查前给予复方聚乙二醇电解质散口服,对比两组患者服药后首次排便时间、肠道准备质量以及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者服药后首次排便时间为(53.5±28.6)min,显著短于对照组的(62.6±31.7)min(P〈0.05);观察组患者的肠道准备质量优良率为94.0%,显著高于对照组的80.0%(P〈0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为6.0%,显著低于对照组的16.0%(P〈0.05)。结论复方聚乙二醇电解质散用于结肠镜检查患者的肠道准备效果良好,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To compare the application effect comparison of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte pow-der and mannitol in the preparation of colonoscopy. Methods From January 2013 to January 2014,100 patients treated in our hospital and examined by colonoscopy were selected.According to different preparation program,they were evenly divided into control group and observation group.In the control group,20% mannitol was provided before examination while in the observation group,before examination,compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder was orally taken, first defecation time after taking medicine, quality of bowel preparation,and adverse reaction between two groups were compared. Results The first defecation time after taking medicine in observation group [(53.5±28.6) min] was obviously shorter than that of control group[(62.6±31.7) min] (P〈0.05).Excellent and good rate of bowel preparation quality in ob-servation group (94.0%) was obviously higher than that of control group (80.0%) (P〈0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in observation group (6.0%) was obviously lower than that of control group (16.0%) (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder applied in bowel preparation for colonoscopy obtains a good effect with a high safety,which is worthy of promotion and expansion in clinic.
