灌肠方治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果

Clinical effect of enema treating infantile diarrhea

目的：观察自拟灌肠方治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2013年10月-2014年10月本院收治的小儿腹泻患者228例，将其随机分成治疗组和对照组，各114例。对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上，使用自拟灌肠方治疗。比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为99.1%、78.9%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论灌肠方治疗小儿腹泻的效果明显，可促进腹泻痊愈，值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-drafted enema treating infantile diarrhea. Methods 228 children with infantile diarrhea treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and there were 114 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while treatment group was given self-drafted enema on the basis of routine treatment.The cura-tive effect between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 99.1%,78.9% respectively,and there was a statistical difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of enema treating infantile diarrhea is obvious,and it can promote healing of diarrhea.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
