综合护理干预在病毒性脑炎患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patient with viral encephalitis

目的：探讨综合护理干预在病毒性脑炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2011年5月-2014年5月收治的92例病毒性脑炎患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各46例。两组均给予常规治疗。对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上给予综合护理干预。比较两组的SAS、SDS、ADL评分及护理满意率。结果观察组干预后的SAS、SDS、ADL评分显著低于干预前及对照组干预后，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的护理满意率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预能有效改善病毒性脑炎患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高其日常生活能力，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patient with viral en-cephalitis. Methods 92 cases with viral encephalitis from May 2011 to May 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,46 cases in each group.All patients were treated with conventional therapy.The control group was given conventional nursing inter-vention,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The score of SAS,SDS,ADL and the rate of nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared reapectively. Results The score of SAS,SDS,ADL in the observation group after intervention was lower than that before intervention and in the control group after intervention,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing inter-vention can effectively improve anxiety and depression in patient with viral encephalitis,improve their daily living abili-ty,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
