Study on North Anhui Culture Integrating into Ideological and Political Education of College Students

阐述了皖北文化融入大学生思想政治教育的意义,总结了皖北高校利用皖北文化加强大学生思想政治教育的现状和难题,提出全面推进皖北文化融入大学生思想政治教育全过程的对策和措施:强化文化育人的教育理念,明晰皖北文化融入大学生思想政治教育的目标;加大皖北文化研究力度,传播、传承、创新皖北文化,丰富皖北文化融入大学生思想政治教育的内涵;加强顶层设计,统筹各方力量,建立以组织建设为保障的长效机制;培育便于交流与沟通的组织文化,促进教育主客体间的多元互动。

It elaborated the significance to blend North Anhui culture into college students′ideological and political education ,and summarized the present status and problems that North Anhui normal colleges are facing with when they are trying to make use of North Anhui culture to strengthen college Students ′ideo-logical and political education .It put forward the countermeasures to promote North Anhui culture into the whole process of ideological and political education of college students .The first countermeasure is to strengthen the cultural educational ideas ,and to make clear the goal of blending North Anhui culture into the college students′ideological and iolitical education .The second is to increase the intensity of North Anhui culture research to promote the communication , inheritance , innovation of North Anhui culture , to enrich the connotation of blending North Anhui culture into college students ′ideological and political edu-cation.The third is to strengthen the top-level design ,to balance strength of different sources to establish a long-acting mechanism guaranteed by organization construction .The fourth is to cultivate the organization-al culture that is convenient for exchanges and communication , to promote multiple interactions between the subject and the object of education .
