摘要
通过网络问卷与书面问卷调研相结合的方式收集数据,采用适当的统计分析方法,针对广州地铁6号线导向标识系统进行评估和实践检验。调研结果表明,6号线导向标识系统具有较强的系统性和科学性,能有效地引导乘客快速、便捷地搭乘地铁出行。结合调研情况,提出6号线导向标识系统的4个提升方向,并有针对性地制定优化整改策略。
The data about the signage system for Line 6 of Guangzhou Metro were collected through online and written question- naires. The appropriate statistical analysis methods are employed to evaluate and test of the system. Results showed that the signage system of Line 6 is systematic and scientific,and that it could guide the passengers quickly and effectively. Four aspects of optimi- zing the signage system in the future are proposed according to the results of research.
