摘要
依托地铁车辆管理信息系统的故障模块,对地铁车辆各子系统的故障数据进行样本采集;运用统计学理论和城市轨道交通试运营基本条件运营指标计算方法,对地铁车辆故障率进行建模分析。地铁车辆故障管理分析系统在西安地铁各运营线路应用以来,取得良好的效果,为地铁车辆的运营和预防性检修提供可靠的参考依据,为运营车辆各系统故障率、晚点率、下线率、正线影响及可靠性评估提供科学的分析基础。
The samples of failure data were collected through the fault module subsystem of metro vehicle management in- formation system. The subway vehicle failure rate calculation model was established by using the statistics theory and the basic condition for trial operation of urban rail traftic to analyze the metro vehicle failure rate. Metro vehicle fault management analysis system was applied in every operation line in Xi'an subway and has produced good effect. The system offers a re- liable reference for operation and preventative maintenance; at the same time, it provides an analysis basis for failure rate and delay rate, influence rate of main lines as well as and reliability evaluation.
