摘要
从车辆维护角度出发,论述车辆维修维护工作应在充分满足地铁列车安全运营需求的前提下,尽可能地提高电动客车的利用率。对北京地铁4号线电动客车维修策略的制订方法进行剖析,通过对采购、设计、生产、维护、备件管理、人员架构6个环节的控制,使其相互关联、有机结合。4年多的实际应用表明,这套检修模式具有停修时间短、维修效率高等特点,可以有效地减少线路配车数量,也在安全运营的状态下实现了全生命周期成本的管理。
Rolling stock maintenance should guarantee the utilization rate of rolling stock trader the condition of fully meeting the safety operation requirements first. This article is to analyze how to formulate the maintenance policy of the rolling stock of Beijing Metro Line 4, by controlling and integrating the six aspects including procurement, design, production, maintenance, spare manage- ment, and personnel structure. Short maintenance downtime and high maintenance efficiency have been achieved by this policy in the past 4 years since operation of Beijing Metro Line 4, the number of cars equipped with line could be effectively reduced, and full life cycle cost management is also realized under the condition of safe operation.
