物联网平台上两制造商间的制造能力共享策略 被引量:4

摘要 借助市场经济理论,分析物联网平台上制造企业之间制造能力共享的策略。考虑物联网环境下可以实现共享的资源和能力的丰富性,建立随机需求下两个制造商之间制造能力共享的模型。通过分析得到:在制造能力实现共享的模式下,两个制造商制造能力的最优准备水平存在,且随单位转移收益的升高而同时升高;集中决策情况下制造能力共享所获得利润不小于分散决策时的利润总和。最后,通过数值分析对上述结论作了进一步的验证。 Based on the theory of economy ,the strategies of manufacturing capability sharing through the Internet of things platform were analyzed .Mathematical models were presented to study the sharing strategies of manufacturing capability be -tween two manufacturers under stochastic demand considering the multidimensional properties of manufacturing resources and manufacturing capability .The main findings are as follows:the equilibrium levels of manufacturing capability prepared exist and both increase along with the unit transshipping price;the profits of manufacturing capacity sharing under central-ized decision-making is no less than the total profits of decentralized decision making situation .Finally, through the numer-ical analysis, the conclusions are further verified .
