大学章程的价值——从法律、文化、制度价值视角进行研究

Value of University Statute—From the Perspective of Legal Value,Cultural Value and the System Value

通过对大学章程价值的内涵来分析大学章程价值的主体、客体及价值关系,从而进一步探讨大学章程的法律价值、文化价值及制度价值,充分体现了大学章程的价值是大学设立的法律基础及制度保障,也是大学内部治理过程中精神文化的具体体现。大学章程是一个很有价值的研究课题,对高等教育法制的建设具有重大的理论意义和极强的指导意义。

Based on the connotation of the value of University Statute , the author analyzed the subject , object and the value relation of University Statute in this paper so as to further explore the legal value , cultural value and system value of Univer-sity Statute.The value of University Statute fully embodies the value of university regulations and legal system to protect the university foundation established and is a concrete manifestation of the internal governance process of spiritual culture .Uni-versity Statute is a valuable research topic of great theoretical significance and guiding significance for the construction of a strong legal system of higher education .
