印度的印度洋政策及其对中国的影响被引量：1

摘要印度洋无论是对中国,还是印度都具有十分重要的战略价值。控制印度洋不仅能在贸易以及能源运输上享有主导权,同时也能对邻近的国家施加重大影响。近年来,伴随美国亚太战略步伐的加快,印度不仅"借力"继续巩固在印度洋的传统势力,同时还"借力发力"企图阻止中国向印度洋地区进行战略拓展。可以预见的是,在资源竞争日趋激烈的21世纪,印度洋必将成为各方势力角力的最重要的舞台。
