Experience of OUYANG Zhi- lei in Treatment of Urethral Syndrome

欧阳枝磊主任中医师认为本病中医归属于"淋证"范畴,其病位主要在膀胱,与肾、肝、脾、心有关。病因病机主要在于虚、郁、瘀、湿(热),常相互夹杂,亦可相互影响,不同阶段各自轻重份量不同,当仔细辨证,随证治之。治疗以补益肝肾、疏肝解郁、活血化瘀、清利湿热为法。

OUYANG Zhi- lei who is a Chief physician of Chinese medicine believes that Urethral syndrome belongs to the Stranguria category of traditional Chinese medicine. The disease is located in the bladder,which is related to kidney,liver,spleen and heart.The etiology and pathogenesis are Weak,Qi Stagnation,blood stasis and Wet or heat,which are often mixed with each other and mutual influenced. Proportion of the influences is different in each different stage,but if with carefully syndrome differentiation,treatment will be different. The treatment include Nourishing liver and kidney,relieving the depressed liver,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and eliminating dampness method.
