补中益气汤合参麦注射液治疗血小板减少性紫癜22例

Clinical Obervation of Thrombocytopenic purpura Treatment with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with Shenmai Injection

目的:观察在西医治疗基础上予补中益气汤合用参麦注射液治疗血小板减少性紫癜临床疗效。方法:43例原发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在西医常规治疗基础上加用补中益气汤和参麦注射液治疗,对照组给予西医常规治疗,分别于治疗后第2周、第4周测定外周血中血小板计数及观察患儿皮肤黏膜紫斑情况。结果:观察组升血小板效果及紫斑消退情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西医治疗基础上补中益气汤合用参麦注射液治疗血小板减少性紫癜临床疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the colinical efficacy of thrombocytopenic purpura treatment with Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Shenmai injection based on Western treatment.Methods：43 cases of thrombocytopenic purpura were randomly divided into test group and control group.The test group treatment with Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Shenmai injection based on Western treat-ment, the control group treatment with Western medicine.Determing platelet count in peripheral and observing mucocutaneous purpura after treatment 2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively.Results：The test group was better than the contral group in rosing platelet regression purpura and the difference was statistically significant（ P＆lt;0 .05） .Conclusions：The clinical curative effect is remarkable of Thrombo-cytopenic purpura Treatment with Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Shenmai injection based on Western medicine.
