疏肝健脾法治疗肝纤维化肝郁脾虚证30例

Clinical Observation of 30 Cases of Using Soothing Liver and Invigorating Spleen Method in the Treatment of Hepatic Fibrosis of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome Based on Liver Disease Pass to Spleen Theory

目的:探讨"肝病传脾"理论对临床的指导作用和实际运用价值。方法:选取符合纳入标准的患者60例随机分为观察组30例,对照组30例,观察组给予柴芍六君子方,对照组给予临床观察,疗程为3个月。结果:观察组在疾病总有效率、症状、肝纤四项、肝硬度方面改善明显。结论:运用"肝病传脾"经典理论指导临床实践,对慢性肝病的治疗有着极为重要的意义。

To investigate the clinical guidance and actual value based on the liver disease passing to spleen theory.Method：Selects 60 patients matched with the inclusion criteria are allocated strictly into two groups with the principle of random assignment,30 patients in each group.The treatment group were treated with ChaishaoLiujunzi Prescription, and the controlled group were treated with clinical ob-servation.All of them were treated for three months.Result：The treatment group was significantly improved in the aspect of liver stiff-ness values,the total efficiency of diseases,liver fibrosis and indexes symptoms.Conclusion：Using liver disease passing to spleen classi-cal theory to guide clinical practice has a very important significance for the treatment of chronic liver disease.
