摘要
[目的]探讨高职护生情绪弹性、核心自我评价与人际智能之间的关系.[方法]采用整群抽样法,应用核心自我评价量表、人际智能量表、青少年情绪弹性问卷,于2014年5月对中国医科大学高职学院2011级护理专业314名在校生进行调查,分析高职护生情绪弹性在核心自我评价和人际智能之间的中介效应和调节效应分析.[结果]高职护生核心自我评价与人际智能总分及各维度之间均呈正相关,相关系数为0.207-0.506;核心自我评价与情绪弹性总分及各维度之间均呈正相关,相关系数为0.129-0.528;情绪弹性总分与人际智能总分呈正相关,相关系数为0.338;高职护生的情绪弹性在核心自我评价与人际智能的关系中起调节作用(β=-0.109,P〈0.05).[结论]高职护生人际智能状况既与核心自我评价的高低有关,又与情绪弹性状况有关;情绪弹性在核心自我评价和人际智能之间起中介和调节作用,核心自我评价既直接影响高职护生的人际智能,又通过情绪弹性间接影响人际智能.
Objective:To probe into the relationship among the emotional resiliency of higher vocational nursing students,the core self evaluation and interpersonal intelligence.Methods:The cluster sampling method and u-sing the core self evaluation scale,interpersonal intelligence scale and mood elastic questionnaire were used to investigate 314 school students in grade 201 1 in higher vocational college of China Medical University in 2014 May.And to analyze the intermediary efficacy and regulation efficacy of higher vocational nursing students’e-motional resiliency between the core self evaluation and interpersonal intelligence.Results:The core self eval-uation of higher vocational nursing students was positive correlated with total interpersonal intelligence score and all dimension scores.And the correlation coefficient was 0.207 ~0.506.Core self evaluation was positive correlated with the total emotional resiliency score and all dimensions scores.And the correlation coefficient was 0.129 0.528.Total emotional resiliency score was positively correlated with interpersonal intelligence score. And the correlation coefficient was 0.338.Higher vocational nursing students’emotional resiliency in regulating the relationship between core self evaluation and interpersonal intelligence(β=0.109,P <0.05).Conclusion:Higher vocational nursing students’interpersonal intelligence status is not only related to the discretion of core self evaluation,but also with condition of emotional resiliency.Emotional resiliency play a mediation and regu-lating role in core self evaluation and interpersonal intelligence.And core self evaluation not only directly af-fects higher vocational nursing students’interpersonal intelligence,but also affects interpersonal intelligence through the emotional resiliency indirectly.
