摘要
[目的]评价不同温度灌洗液对前列腺电切术病人术中并发症发生的影响。[方法]利用计算机检索PubMed和Cochrane Library及中国知网、重庆维普以及万方数据库2000年—2013年的文献,对入选的国内10篇有关不同温度灌洗液对前列腺电切术病人影响的文献进行系统评价。[结果]前列腺电切术病人术中体温、平均动脉压(MAP)、心率的加权均方差(95%CI)分别为0.22(0.19,0.25),5.10(0.12,10.07),2.35(-3.24,7.93),寒颤发生的RR值(95%CI)为0.20(0.12,0.33)。经Meta分析,加温组与室温组灌洗液对病人术后体温、MAP、寒颤发生率差异有统计学意义。[结论]37℃灌洗液有助于控制前列腺电切手术中低体温、降低MAP以及寒颤的发生率,心率与灌洗液的温度无关。
Objective:To evaluate the influence of different irrigation fluid temperatures on intraoperative compli-cations of patients with prostate transurethral surgery.Methods:The literatures from 2000 to 2013 were searched by a computer search of PubMed and Cochrane library databases and China National Knowledge, Chongqing VIP database information and Wanfang database.The systematic evaluation was carried out for se-lected domestic 10 literatures on the influence of different temperatures of irrigation fluid on TURP patients. Results:TURP patients’intraoperative body temperature,mean arterial pressure (MAP)and the weighted mean difference of heart rate(WMD)values(95% CI )were respectively 0.22(0.1 9,0.25),5.10(0.12,10.07), 2.35(-3.24,7.93).RR value of chills(95% CI )was 0.20(0.12,0.33).Meta analysis showed that there was statistically significant difference in influence of irrigation fluid on postoperative body temperature,MAP and the incidence of chills between heating group and room temperature group.Conclusion:37 ℃irrigation fluid is helpful for controlling hypothermia in TURP surgery and reducing the incidence of MAP and chills.The heart rate is not related to the temperature of irrigation fluid.
