摘要 介绍了喂线法与热分析技术相结合的蠕铁气缸体生产工艺:采用冲天炉一感应电炉双联熔炼,在球墨铸铁原铁液的基础上对出铁温度及化学成分进行严格控制,冲天炉出铁温度控制在l500℃,对原铁液加入适量Cu和Sn进行合金化,将ω(Mg残)及ω(RE残)量分别控制在0010%~0018%、0010%~0030%,并采用超声波无损检测方法检测气缸体蠕化率情况。生产结果显示,薄壁部位的声速比厚壁部位的声速要高50~100m/s,气缸体的蠕化率可达到80%以上,本体抗拉强度在400MPa以上,硬度在190~230HB。 The cored wire-injection process combined with thermal analysis used for cylinder block production was introduced:using cupola-induction furnace duplex melting;using the base iron similar to that used for nodular iron;strictly controlling tapping temperature and chemical composition of the base iron;controlling the tapping temperature of cupola at 1 500 ℃;alloy the base iron by adding proper amount of Cu and Sn;controlling the residual contents of Mg and RE respectively in the range of0.010%~0.018% and the range of 0.010%~0.030%;using ultrasonic nondestructive inspection method to check vermicularity of the cylinder block. The result of production showed that the sonic velocity of thin section was higher than the sonic velocity of heavy section by 50~100 m/s,the vermiularity could reach 80% and higher,the tensile strength of casting was higher than 400 MPa,the hardness was of 190~230 HB.
