摘要 介绍了大型泥泵叶轮铸件的结构及技术要求。铸件材料为高Cr白口铸铁,化学成分为:ω(C)2.5%~3.0%,ω(Cr)2.5%~3.0%,ω(M0)0.5%~1.0%,ω(Ni)0.5%~1.0%,ω(Cu)≤1.0%,ω(Si)≤1.1%,ω(P)≤0.1%,ⅢlS)≤0.l%。铸造工艺为:采用碱性酚醛树脂砂造型,分型面设在流道中间,采用半开放式浇注系统,在轴头上放置2个冒口、盖板上5个冒口;在轴头和盖板连接部位开设拉筋,在轴头根部放置若干外冷铁。浇注温度为1380~1420℃,浇注时间为2min。成功生产出大型泥泵叶轮铸件。 The configuration and technical requirements of a heavy slurry pump impeller were introduced. The casting material was high chromium white cast iron,chemical composition was:w(C)2.5%~3.0%,w(Cr)25%~30%,w(Mo)0.5%~1.0%,w(Ni)0.5%~1.0%,w(Cu)≤1.0%,w(Si)≤1.1%,w(P)≤0.1%,w(S)≤0.1%. Casting method as follows:alkaline phenol resin sand was used for molding,the parting face was set at the center of the flowing channel,the semi open gating system was used,2 risers was set on the top of the shaft,and 5 risers was set on the top of the flowing channels;puling ribs were set between the shaft and the top of flowing channels,and some chills were set at the bottom part of the shaft. Pouring temperature was in the range of 1 380~1 420 ℃,the pouring duration was of 2 min.
