摘要
叙述了高Cr白口铸铁的硬度、韧性、基体组织与磨球抗磨性的关系,分析了残余奥氏体,碳化物的数量、形态及分布对磨球抗磨性的影响。根据对磨球工况条件的研究分析及探讨,提出了磨球对材料的性能要求。最后,介绍了为使高Cr铸铁磨球符合使用要求应当采用合理的化学成分、熔炼工艺及热处理工艺。
The relationship between hardness,toughness,matrix structure of the high-Cr white cast iron and the wear-resistance of grinding balls was described. The influences of the volume fractions and morphologies and distributions of residual austenite and carbides on the wear-resistance of grinding balls were analyzed. Based on the investigation on,analysis of and discussion on the working conditions of grinding balls,the requirements for the properties of grinding ball material were suggested. By the end,an introduction was given to the rational chemical composition,melting process and heat treating process which should be adopted in order to make the high-Cr cast iron grinding balls meeting application requirements.
