系统家庭治疗对精神分裂症患者康复的影响研究

Study on effects of system family treatment on rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia

目的:探讨系统家庭治疗的精神分裂症患者远期疗效,为实施系统家庭治疗提供依据。方法:将95例精神分裂症患者随机分为治疗组(48例)和对照组(47例)。两组患者分别进行常规治疗护理加一般家庭随访,观察组患者在此基础上加用系统家庭治疗,患者出院后要求患者与家属定期接受复诊,尽量维持抗精神病药物种类与剂量不变,随访研究1年。于治疗前与治疗后6个月、12个月对两组患者进行简明精神病量表(BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)和Morningside康复量表(MRSS)评定,并观察1年后患者疾病的复发情况及服药依从性。结果:治疗1年后,治疗组患者各项指标分值明显低于对照组。结论:系统家庭治疗在精神康复治疗方面,不但能提高治疗依从性,控制疾病,改善自知力,而且还可以促进社会功能恢复,减少复发率。

Objective: To provide a basis of systemic family treatment( SFT) by evaluating the long term curative effect of SFT for the schizophrenics. Methods: 95 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 48) and control group( n = 47). All the patients were treated by conventional therapy,nursing and home follow-up,while the cases in treatment group were provided with SFT additionally. All the patients and their family members were asked to have subsequently visit regularly for one year and have the same kind and dosage of the medicine. The brief psychiatric rating scale( BPRS),social disability screening schedule( SDSS),insight and treatment attitude questionnaire( ITAQ) and Morningside rehabilitation status scale( MRSS) were used to assess before and 6 and 12 months after the treatment. Moreover,the recurrence and medication compliance were observed 1 year after the treatment. Results: 1 year after the treatment.,all the scales of treatment group were lower than those of control group. Conclusions: In the treatment of schizophrenia,systemic family treatment can improve the treatment compliance,prevent the development the of disease,enhance the insight as well as the social function,and reduce the relapse of schizophrenia.
