摘要
低收入家庭学前儿童处于生活质量低下和教育资源缺乏的成长环境中,其教育机会和质量需要专门的教育政策来支持和保障。美国在社会经济、社会观念和科学研究发展的背景下,制定和完善了一系列低收入家庭学前儿童教育的政策。这些政策在资助范围、财政投入、质量提高和政策保障等方面体现出明显的特点,对我国相关政策的制定具有重要启示。
Preschool children from low-income families live in the growth environ-ments with the low living quality and lack of education resources,so they need special edu-cation policies to support and assure their education opportunities and quality. In the con-text of social economic,social concept and scientific study,the United States develops andimproves a series of education policies for preschool children from low-income families.Those policies show obvious characteristics in the aspects of aid scope,financial invest-ment,quality improvement and policy guarantee.It has important implications to the devel-opment of related policies of our country.
