三电平逆变器SHEPWM的一种空间电压矢量合成算法 被引量:1

摘要 三电平逆变器的特定谐波消去脉冲宽度调制(SHEPWM)的开关角难于实时求解,而两电平的SHEPWM调制可由基本空间矢量SV组成的矢量序列实现。在三电平的空间矢量六边形所分解的两电平小六边形中,得出三电平SHEPWM所需的基本SV矢量切换状态表,推导基本SV矢量的作用时间,形成矢量序列,实现了三电平逆变器SHEPWM的一种电压矢量合成新算法,该算法中的开关角可通过基本SV矢量运算而直接生成且易于快速实现。 Three- level inverter switch angle of the selective harmonics elimination pulse width modulation (SHEPWM) is difficult to solve in real time. According to the rules, the two-level SHEPWM could be composed by basic SV vector sequence. So in the two-level small hexagon which selected from three-level big hexagon, the basic SV vector's switching state table of SHEPWM was achieved. The operation time of basic SV vector and the it's sequence was deduced. A kind of space voltage vector synthesis algorithm for SHEPWM on three-level inverter can be acquired, the calculation of switch angle in the algorithm could be gained by the basic space vector action.
