摘要
为研究大型发电机定子线棒真空压力浸渍(VPI))绝缘材料的国产化应用,利用Hexion漆分别浸渍3家国产少胶云母带和丰罗少胶云母带制备了铝排试验线棒,并对云母带及线棒的性能进行比较分析。结果表明:国产云母带的各项性能指标均达到丰罗少胶云母带的指标要求,包扎时云母带没有出现掉粉、剥离、脱落现象。3家国产云母带的铝排试验线棒的胶含量、热稳定性、常规电性能及电老化性能均优良,部分性能优于丰罗云母带线棒的性能。
To study the application of domestic VPI insulating materials in high voltage generator stator bars, we prepared aluminum bars by using Hexion impregnating vanish to impregnate dry mica tapes from three domestic companies and Vonroll dry mica tape respectively. The properties of the mica tapes and aluminum bars were analyzed. The results show that the properties of these domestic dry mica tapes could meet the technical requirements of Vonroll dry mica tape, and the mica tapes do not appear pow-der dropping, peeling and exfoliating phenomena when the tapes wrapped around bars. The resin content, thermal stability, normal electrical property, and electrical ageing property of the domestic aluminum bars are excellent, and some properties are better than that of the Vonroll mica tape bars.
