摘要
采用进口H62C和国产TJ1173两种有机硅浸渍树脂分别制得两种绝缘结构模型,以热老化为主因子,结合机械振动、潮湿和尘埃等环境因子,对两种绝缘系统的热老化性能及寿命进行试验分析。结果表明:国产TJ1173与进口H62C有机硅浸渍树脂绝缘系统的热老化性能和热老化寿命相当,随老化时间的延长,绝缘电阻均呈先增后降的趋势,介质损耗因数均呈逐渐增大的趋势。
Two insulation structure models were prepared by imported silicone impregnating resin H62C and domestic silicone impregnating resin TJ1173 separately, and their thermal ageing performance and working life were analyzed by taking thermal as main factor and combining with environmental factors such as mechanical vibration, moisture, dust, etc. The results show that the thermal ageing performance and working life of both TJ1173 and H62C silicone impregnating resin insulation systems are nearly the same. With the prolonging of ageing time, the insulation resistance both increases first and then decreas-es, and the dielectric loss factor increases.
