摘要
为获得冠突散囊菌生长过程中色素的变化规律及产色素的最佳条件,以冠突散囊菌色素的吸光值为指标,研究营养物质(碳源、氮源、无机盐)和培养条件(温度、p H)对冠突散囊菌产色素的影响。结果表明:冠突散囊菌色素的最佳条件为:蔗糖5%、硝酸钠1%、氯化钠9%、培养温度28℃、p H 7。
In order to obtain pigments variation-during growth process of Eurotium cristatum, Taking light absoption vaiue of the pigments as an indicator, nutrients （carbon, nitrogen, inorganic salts） and culture conditions （temperature, pH） have an effect on the Eurotium cristatum which produced pigments. The results showed that the Eurotium cristatum produced pigments with optimtma conditions： 5% of glucose, 1% of sodium niWate, 9% of sodium chloride, the culture temperature for 28 ℃ and pH 7.
