摘要
以3种茶叶(绿茶、青茶、红茶)为研究对象,利用复合酶进行预处理,并使用超临界CO2技术萃取得到茶多酚粗品,通过单因素试验确定其最佳提取条件,以大孔吸附树脂法对茶多酚粗品进行纯化,最后将纯化的茶多酚添加到滤棒中,考察其对烟气有害物质以及卷烟感官品质的影响。结果表明,超临界CO2萃取茶多酚的最佳条件为萃取温度50℃、萃取压力40 MPa、夹带剂(乙醇体积分数70%)用量10%、萃取时间2.0 h,3种茶多酚粗品得率分别为14.2%,14.4%以及11.1%,总儿茶素在茶多酚纯品中的含量分别为87.7%,87.5%以及86.4%,茶多酚可有效降低烟气中的有害物质,并且能够降低卷烟的杂气和刺激性。
The green tea, blue tea and black tea were selected as research objects which were firstly pretreated by complex enzyme and then the crude tea polyphenol (TP) was extracted by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) method whose optimal technological parameters were determined by single-factor experiments. Then crude tea polyphenol was purified by macropomus adsorption resin method. Finally, the purified TP was added to filter rod and its effects on sensory quality and amount of harmful substances were evaluated. The results indicated that the optimized SFE process was as follows: the exlraction temperature was 50 ℃, the extraction pressure was 40 MPa, the extraction time was 2 h, and the cosolvent was 70% alcohol occupyying 10%. The yield of crude TP extracted from green tea, blue tea and black tea was 14.2%, 14.4% and 11.1% and the catechin in the TP were 87.7%, 87.5% and 86.4%m respectively. The TP could reduce the harmful substances, offensive odor and irritation of cigarettes.
