摘要
利用响应面分析法对葡萄皮中多酚类物质的超声辅助提取工艺进行优化。考察了乙醇体积分数,超声提取时间,提取温度3个因素对葡萄皮中多酚类物质抗氧化活性的影响,建立了3个因素与抗氧化活性之间的编码水平回归模型。比色法测定其总酚和总单宁的含量,用铁离子还原抗氧化能力(FRAP)法测定葡萄皮提取物的抗氧化活性。结果表明,响应曲面法优化的最佳提取条件为超声温度56.5℃,超声时间2.06 h和66.2%的乙醇溶液。将葡萄皮提取物加入卷烟中,感官评吸表明,葡萄皮提取物在烟气修饰、降低刺激等方面均有一定的效果。
The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process was investigated for extraction of phenolic compounds from grape skin with maximised antioxidant activities using response surface methodology (RSM) and in vitro antioxidant assays (FRAP). The total phenolic content (TPC), total anthocyanin content (TAC) and total condense content (TCC) was determined by colorimetric assay. The optimal MAE processing parameters were that 56.5 %, 2.06 h, 66.2% ethanol. The grape skin extract can be used to modify the smoke and reduce irritation in cigarette.
