摘要
研究以鱿鱼内脏毛油为原料,探索鱿鱼内脏毛油的精制方法,涉及脱胶、脱酸、洗涤、干燥、脱色过程。经过单因素试验,得到精炼鱿鱼内脏粗油的最佳工艺条件为:用磷酸脱胶,用量为油重的1%,浓度为80%;用15%Na OH碱炼,用量为油重的4%;脱色用白土与活性炭质量比为9∶1,添加量为油重的5%,70℃下脱色20 min。在此条件下,得到的精炼油浅黄色透明,略有淡淡鱼油的腥味,相关理化指标都达到精制鱼油标准,GC分析表明其不饱和程度含量高,EPA和DHA含量达34.07%,可作为食品或者饲料添加剂。
Use squid viscera crude fish oil as the experimental material, explore for refining method of squid viscera crude fish oil involving the squid oil degumming, deacidification, washing, drying and decolorizing process. By single factor test, the optimum conditions of refining crude oil: squid visceral oil heavy 1%, concentration of phosphoric acid degumming 85%; Using the NaOH solution of 4% heavy oil deacidification; Mixture of clay and activated coal at a 9 : 1 relationship for decolomtion, adding 5%, temperature control in 70 ~C, bleaching of 20 min. In this way, the color is light yellow transparent, slightly smell offish oil, indicators have reached the standard of the final refined fish oil, in addition, GC-MS analysis showed, the content of unsaturated fatty acid is high, EPA and DHA content of 34.07%, fish oil can be used for food or feed.
