摘要
旨在为乳酸菌制品就乳酸菌质量指标提供更可靠的评价及建立更完善的检测方案。采用国家标准4789.35—2010的检测方法对140批进口乳酸菌制品中乳酸菌含量进行检测,并且对这140批乳酸菌制品中的菌种进行了PCR检测鉴定,根据检测结果,判断该制品的质量是否可靠。这140批乳酸菌制品中乳酸菌含量均达到我国国家标准的要求,所含乳酸菌菌种也与产品标签所示相符。就乳酸菌含量及所含乳酸菌菌种范围而言,这140批进口乳酸菌制品的产品质量较为可靠,建立的检测方案也切实可行。
Intend to provide more reliable evaluation for the quality index of imported product of Lactobacillus and establish better detection scheme. Detect the content of lactic acid bacteria in the 140 batches of imported products of Lactobacillus by using the national standard method GB 4789.35-2010 and identify the strains of Lactobacillus in this 140 batches of products by PCR. The content of lactic acid bacteria in the 140 batches of imported products conform the national standard, swains of Lactobacillus contained are also consistent with the product labels. In terms of the content of lactic acid bacteria and the range of strains, the quality of the 140 batches of imported products of Lactobacillus is more reliable, the detection scheme is also feasible.
