胡桃楸种仁壳黄酮的急性毒性和Ames试验的结果分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过急性毒性试验和Ames试验,研究胡桃楸种仁壳黄酮的安全性。急性毒性试验表明胡桃楸种仁壳黄酮无急性毒性作用(LD50>16 g/kg);Ames试验中胡桃楸种仁壳黄酮不诱发鼠伤寒沙门氏菌组氨酸缺陷型菌株TA98和TA100的回复突变。表明胡桃楸种仁壳黄酮无致突变性,为安全无毒物。 The safety of flavonoids from seed shell of Juglans mandshurica (FSSJM) was assessed in vivo and in vitro through mouse acute toxicity and Ames tests. The acute toxicity test showed that FSSJM had not toxicity (LD50〉16 g/kg). The mutation of Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and TA100 were not induced by FSSJM. They demonstrated that FSSJM had no mutagenicity and was not the poison.
