摘要
学习领域课程是指工作过程系统化的课程,工作过程导向构建学习领域课程的基础。基于校企合作,对食品检测类岗位的典型工作任务进行分析、归纳和总结,确定了食品检测行动领域,再分析完成各行动领域工作所需知识内容,将行动领域转化为学习领域,针对不同的学习领域结合实际工作岗位要求,构建了食品检测类学习领域课程,并创设与食品检测实际工作岗位相吻合的具有完整工作过程的学习情境。
Learning field curriculum refers to the course of systematic work process, work process oriented foundation of learning field curriculum. Based on the school enterprise cooperation, the typical tasks of food inspection post analysis, the induction and the summary, the action field of food detection, then analysis the actions required to complete the work field of knowledge content, the field of action into the learning area, according to the different study field combining with the actual work requirements, construction of food testing learning field curriculum, and to create a consistent with the actual work of food detection has the complete process of learning situation.
