摘要 藤茶系葡萄科蛇葡萄属,为显齿蛇葡萄的嫩茎叶,是一种药食兼优的植物,含有多种营养与活性成分,在饮用、保健和美容等方面都具有很好的功效。根据近年来藤茶的研究进展,对藤茶中黄酮类物质等主要活性成分及其制备工艺进行综述,为其作为广谱健康饮品、保健饮品及化妆品原料的应用提供可靠依据。 Ampelopsis grossedentata is in the Vitaceae, Ampelopsis section. It is-the spear leaves of Ampelopsis division, which is a kind of delicious drink, also a good medicine. It contains various nutrients and active components and shows various nutritional, health-promoting and cosmetology functions. According to the recent research ofAmpelopsis grossedentata, its active components, flavonoid compound for instance, and preparation technology were summarized, which may be helpful for the utilization of the raw materials on drink, health drink, and cosmetics.
