藤茶系葡萄科蛇葡萄属,为显齿蛇葡萄的嫩茎叶,是一种药食兼优的植物,含有多种营养与活性成分,在饮用、保健和美容等方面都具有很好的功效。根据近年来藤茶的研究进展,对藤茶中黄酮类物质等主要活性成分及其制备工艺进行综述,为其作为广谱健康饮品、保健饮品及化妆品原料的应用提供可靠依据。
