鄱阳湖生态经济与生态环境耦合发展初探——以生态旅游建设为视角

以生态旅游建设为视角,构建鄱阳湖区域经济系统和生态环境系统的评价指标体系,运用协同理论中的耦合协调度模型,对鄱阳湖经济建设与生态环境的耦合关系进行定量研究。结果表明:鄱阳湖区域经济系统与生态环境系统的耦合程度均较高,但其协调程度较低,主要集中在失调衰退型、过渡类型和基本协调型;各年份所隶属的耦合协调类型也不尽相同。从环境与经济关系看,2001-2011年这11年间鄱阳湖区域前期集中于经济滞后型,中后期集中于环境滞后型。基于生态旅游建设视角提出的环境调控对策建议为:优化经济产业结构,发展以生态旅游为主体的复合型生态经济经济;构建生态旅游产业生态预警机制,促进生态保护常态化;激励社区参与,完善多元化生态保护渠道;充分发挥生态旅游环境教育功能,营造寓教于游的大氛围。

From the perspective of eco- tourism development, this paper constructs an assessment index system between economic system and ecological - environment system in the region of Poyang Lake and makes the quantitative research of the coupling relationship between economic construction and ecological environment of Poyang Lake by using the coupling coordination degree model. It is found that there is a highly developed coupling between ecological- environment system and economic system with low coordination degree, which is mainly assumed as the imbalance and recession type, the basic coordination type and the transition type. There is not a highly coordinated type in the region of Poyang Lake from year 2001 to 2011. Viewed from the relationship between economy and environment, in the early stage the economy is lagging in the region of Poyang Lake and in the mid - to - late stage the environment is lagging. From the perspective of eco - tourism development, countermeasures and suggestions for environmental regulation are as below： to optimize industrial structure and develop compound ecological economy with eco- tourism as the main body; to construct ecological early warning mechanism of ecological tourism industry and promote the normalized ecological protection; to encourage community participation and perfect ecological protection channels; give full play to the environmental education function of eco - tourism and build the atmosphere with teaching and tourism.
